It’s not a Ted Talk, it’s a Turtle Talk. Reynolds’ Subaru hosted an Earth Day event all about turtles. Pam Meier from The Turtle’s Back gave attendees a chance to see native Connecticut turtles up close and learn about their habitats and rehabilitation.
According to Reynolds’ CEO and Controller Kathryn Wayland, kids in attendance asked “the best questions,” and Meier's “passion for protecting the species was contagious.”
Wayland says coming out of a pandemic, Reynolds’ purposely kept the event small. “In the future,” she added, “we would love to sponsor an event about all sorts of animal rehabilitators on our property for the community.”
